Two weekend intensives dedicated to deepening your understanding of yogic philosophy. Following the sangha tradition, you will study the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali & the Bhagavad Gita. Exploring and learning how to weave yogic philosophy into your practice, daily life, and teaching style. Those who want to explore and learn how to put these teachings into practice in their daily lives, as well as into their teaching methodologies and style. For teachers who are interested in learning how to weave philosophy into their asana practice and teaching voice.
