Rocket Yoga

Rocket 1 is a vinyasa-style yoga practice that is based on a modified primary series sequence. The standing series offers a set sequence that balances focus on both strength and flexibility. There is more opportunity for intermediate-to-advanced practitioners to explore, but with a mixed-level tone, even beginners can feel supported. This series mainly focuses on forward folds, opening the posterior body, hip mobility, and, of course, breath control. All levels welcome!

Experience a mixture of powerful, creative, and playful vinyasa flows with moments of softness that support your nervous system.

Dynamic Vinyasa is a Rocket Yoga-inspired flow that features mixed from the three sequences: Rocket I, II, and III. Rooted in Ashtanga's primary, second, and third series, this practice encourages creativity and exploration of arm balances and inversions. Each session is designed to stimulate your sympathetic nervous system while blending uplifting pranayama techniques.

 

Yoga Sculpt is a high-energy fusion class that blends Vinyasa flow with strength training (using light dumbbells) and cardio bursts to tone muscles, elevate heart rate, and boost metabolism. Class often features squats, lunges, and bicep curls integrated into yoga postures. This heated workout improves flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health.

Come home to You.

This is a three-month commitment to you and your practice. Through this program, we practice together weekly and you receive mentorship guidance to support the growth of your practice. In addition, we cover ayurvedic and herbal tools that aim to nourish your physical body and support your asana practice. If this is something that calls to you, feel free to email me back. ​

Yoga en el MAC 

Disfruta de un espacio de bienestar, relajación y conexión que se llevará a cabo en el patio interior del Museo de Arte Contemporáneo (MAC). 

Trae tu mat, una botella de agua y muchas ganas de disfrutar de una tarde renovadora en el Museo. 

Segundo domingo del mes a las 5:30 PM 

Puedes reservar tu espacio a través del enlace.

 

Al adquirir tu boleto, apoyas directamente la labor del MAC y haces posible que el museo continúe ofreciendo programas educativos, presentando exposiciones innovadoras y organizando eventos que conectan e inspiran a nuestra comunidad. 

Los espacios y estacionamientos son limitados y se asignarán por orden de llegada.
